Check-in/Check-out:
CHECK-IN is on Saturday between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm for all villas. 
CHECK-OUT is on Saturday by10:00 am
In the event of late arrival, guests must notify by calling 
+39 0 0577985976 or +39 3496487589 from any fixed or mobile telephone.

 

Services included:

Water, electricity, gas for cooking, linens, final cleaning upon departure, parking, use of the swimming pool and taxes (VAT 10%).

 

Services not included:
- Heating (Euro 3,8 per mc) - from 01 november to 30 april (if used); 
* to amount consumed: for each villa. Estimeted heating cost rangr from 25 to 50$ per week depending on weather, usage and size of villa.
- Additional cleaning (available upon request at 12 Euro per person);
- Cribs for infants (0-3 years) at 8 Euro per day;
- Extra bed at 12 Euro per day;
- Pets at 5 Euro per day.

General Conditions:
Reservations made less that 20 days prior to the arrival date are to be paid in full upon confirmation of the reservation. 
Reservations must be made in writing by mail. 
Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a voucher will be issued.

This voucher must be printed and presented to reception. Should the voucher not be presented, Il Tufo delle Tre Querce reserves the right to vary the prices and conditions stated in the voucher. Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be communicated.

Cancellations and modifications are to be made using the same form, found on this web site, that you used to make the reservation.

Modification or cancellation requests will only be considered valid if made using this method.

We will notify you of your reservation with e-mail.

Occupancy
Only the persons and/or pets listed on the reservation form and acknowledged by Il Tufo delle Tre Querce are permitted  on the property. Guests are obliged to inform the management of any pets they intend to bring along with the number of and size of said animals. Guests are obliged to watch and clean up after their pets, particularly in the property’s common areas.

Maintenance
The owner and/or members of the staff of Il Tufo delle Tre Querce reserve the right to enter the units for maintenance purposes

Legal jurisdiction
Il Tufo delle Tre Querce lies within the legal jurisdiction of the Province of Siena. Any legal issues regarding reservations or stays at Il Tufo delle Tre Querce are subject to the dictates of Italian law.
