The best cooks in all of Tuscany, Irene & Alessandro of the Gambassi family will share regional techniques, ingredients, and family recipes that have been passed down over the centuries.
Charcuterie tasting
Every Monday or Tuesday at 6.30 pm at Terra di Siena Italy.
Taste our best selection of salumi from Siena. We offer only genuinely hand-crafted cured meats made with simple ingredients and no preservatives using old family recipies that bring to life the true flavors of the Tuscan tradition.
Porkville barbecue
Every Friday at 8.00 pm at Porkville Barbecue Terra di Siena Italy.
Italian barbecue in a wonderful Tuscan setting featuring handcrafted meats from our farm. The barbecue includes a big selection of pork meat, beef steaks, salads and special plates of Tuscan cusine.
Terra di Siena Activities Packages
We offer a wide variety of activities every day; activities that change with the seasons.
Guests can learn Tuscan cooking, taste the flavors of the handcrafted Italian meats produced on our farm and sold in our village shop, relax and reenergize with a massage or yoga class, walk in the footsteps of pilgrims or tour the countryside on a scooter, bicycle or horse.
We'll pick you up or take you back to your arrival airport with a private Van. Ask us for the price!
Have you ever harvested grapes or olives? Join us! Every season offers a different agricultural activity to complete your Tuscan experience. $25 per person
Tour wineries producing Chianti, Vernaccia San Gimignano, Brunello. Guided tours of the old vineyards are organised daily upon reservation, normally in the morning around 10.30 and in the afternoon around 3.30. They last about an hour and a half. Tours start at $35
Relax and enhance your natural energy with a sunset yoga meditation class held during the Tuscan sunset. Private training. $25 per person
Relax with a great massage. You can chose an outdoor olive oil massage in the vineyard or among the olive trees or an indoor massage in your room. Starting from $45 per person
Discover the Camino to Rome, the Via Francigena. Starting in Canterbury and crossing Europe, the Via Francigena is a stunning heritage trail used by pilgrims dating back to the Middle Ages. We offer a guided tour of a scenic 7 miles portion of this historic roadway that offers amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. The walk, from Colle Val D'Elsa to Monteriggioni Castle takes 3 and a half hours and includes a private guide. $50 per person
Rent a Vespa scooter for a day trip through the countryside. $65 per person a day
Rent a bike if you want to experience the countryside at a slower pace. Take time to smell the flowers and listen to the birds sing. 25$ per person a day
Amble through the vineyards and the olive groves on a guided horseback tour. You can book a different trip every day. An amazing experience. Starting at $35 for a 1 hour ride
