Terra di Siena Vacations
About Us
Our family has been producing artisanal Italian pork products from a small farm in the Tuscan hills near the village of San Gimignano for more than 120 years. The Terra di Siena tradition of raising free range pork and processing it by hand into prosciutto, pancetta, salami and other products has been handed down in the Gambassi family, from father to son, for five generations. At Terra di Siena visitors can stay in one of our villas, pet the pigs, learn how our products are made, master the art of Tuscan cooking, relax among the vineyards and the olive trees or use our farm as a home base for a longer Tuscan vacation. When you return home, you can continue to enjoy the flavors you discover on our farm. In the USA we are now making traditional Tuscan pork products from free-range pigs raised on small farms in Virginia. The recipes and production methods are the same. The recipes are the same, and the flavor is the same.
Staying at Terra di Siena is more than a vacation.
It is an experience in the Tuscan countryside with our family !
